my Celebrity Look-Alikes

I found somethhin really funny on the internet: You can upload your photo and then they tell you who are your celebrity look-alikes. I tried and although I don't really like like any of those celebrities, it's nice to be compared to Sarah Michelle Gellar or Claudia Schiffer! *lol*

Wii

We have a new game at my house: it's called Wii! It's like Playstation except that you actually have to move while playing. You can play tennis, bowling, boxing... virtually. Here is a video of Paraic and Enda boxing. Enjoy it! (The sound is quite bad, but that is unimportant anyway!)

By the way, Paraic won the boxing match.

That's Paraic playing golf - even the clothes are identical: the Wii-Paraic is wearing black clothes and the real Paraic as well. This time Paraic lost to Enda.

more party pictures

There were two parties in the last two weeks that ended with us being very drunk:
The first one was the International Society Party in the Mixer's Bar which has really cheap shots for only 1€. Then we went to the Roisin's Dubh and I was so drunk that they wouldn't let me in, but my friend Julia discussed with the door man and then he let me in anyway. But we didn't even stay at the Roisin's for a very long time and then went to the Living Room, a late bar with dance music.
The second party was at the King's Head where "my band", the FNG's, was playing. The atmosphere was great and the beer delicious! *lol*
Enda was also there, we are like groupies because we regularly show up when the band is playing. As always, it's kind of difficult to take nice pictures of a band because the lighting is so bad.

Public drinking in Ireland forbidden?

My friends and I regularly meet at Eyre Square and drink some cheap cider or beer at night. But when Mara and I were sitting on the grass on Eyre Square and were drinking our cheap Lidl cider one night, the police (in Ireland it's called "Guarda") pulled over and told us that drinking in a public park is not allowed and that we should throw our cans away. Of course, we instantly told them that we were German and that we didn't know that although I think I have heard about it before. Well, but our cans weren't empty yet, so after the guarda was gone, we moved to another part of the park and downed our ciders. The next day I asked Paraic about this law and he told me that you usually have to pay €100 if you are caught drinking in the public. So, I would say that the guarda was really nice to us and that is why we still haven't given up that bad habit of drinking on Eyre Square.

Halloween

I was a vampire, the sexy kind!
At first we met at Mara's and had a few drinks and then we went to a big Halloween Party that was organized by the some societies from university.
